I moved into the house of my dreams only to discover that it was a nightmare. There was a German cockroach infestation in the kitchen, squirrels in the walls and roof rats in the attic. Needless to say I was distraught. However, I called Northwest as they were the ones who did my termite inspection and we’re reasonably priced. The exterminators came out as often as needed (initially twice a week to get rid of the roaches) in order to free my house of pests. They were very personable and informative. I highly recommend Northwest!

Our builder must have sought their services so we had them with the house. They then start sending us bills telling us they need more money. We send a 75 check and immediately receive another bill. When I call them to ask if they got the check they say they got it, but they need another payment. They charge 300 a month and they haven’t been out here to spray, check for termites or anything. The 300 is for a box that they have in your yard and an annual inspection, which we haven’t had by the way. And when we ask to cancel the service they inform us that they’re keeping the last payment we made and we will receive no refund. And they will promptly come get the box, even though they just received a payment from us. Needless to say, I think we need to address the issue of a termite bond or warranty with another company. I agree with the other review that you’re paying 300 a year and they’re not doing a thing.

They stopped showing up out of nowhere and kept billing me for months. I call customer service to cancel and complain but the lady said I requested for a no signature inspection which clearly i didn't. At least hold the person accountable whosevers fault it is instead of making excuses for the lazy worker.

They don't really do anything. They peruse the perimeter of your habitat and that's it. Their customer service people are fantastic, and the guy they sent our way was congenial, but overall, I feel the whole thing was unnecessary. When a new home is built, they infuse the foundation with boric acid. Everything else is just marketing.
