Worst company ever. I bought a generator for my family in Venezuela through Home Depot, my generator was received in their warehouse and signed by one of their employees, after a month calling every day, the manager told me that unfortunately my generator was lost, a generator is a big box so I still don’t understand how did that happened. At the begging they practically told me I’m sorry for you, however, when I proved with the documents given by Home Depot that it had been signed that my generator had been received, the offer me as a compensation, to give an inferior one, mine was 220volts and 9500 watts and in the end, to not loose the 1000 the generator had costed me, I accepted the inferior one 3500 watts and 120 volts. After insisting a lot, they “paid” 200 difference, I had to call everyday for about a month and a half. The personal is really educated, the office manager was a nice person I’m not saying that the manager was rude or any of the girls at the warehouse, however, I cant understand how I had to wait 90 days for a resolution where in the end I lost money because my original purchase “lost” at their installation so my advice, if you can avoid it, don’t use this company.

Es la primera vez que hago un envío con esta empresa de encomiendas, la atención del personal es súper agradable, te ayudan a armar la caja, te la venden ahí mismo si quieres, no necesitas estar gastando gasolina para irla a comprar a otro lado, sólo espero que cumplan con el plazo de entrega de la caja...
El mejor servicio de encomienda en el Estado de Georgia y Carolina del Sur. Actualmente vivo en Augusta, GA y encontré que esta empresa hace jornadas especiales de pick up en Lexington, SC. Gerardo fue que respondió todas mis dudas desde su sede en Atlanta y también fue la persona encargada de recibir mi encomienda en Lexington el día de enviarla. Se encargo de ayudarme de la mejor manera al momento de armar la caja, procurando que todo llegara en buenas condiciones. Mi envío tenía previsto llegar 3-4 semanas y por suerte llego en 2 semanas a mi domicilio en Vzla. Sin duda, seguiré utilizando y recomendando este servicio.
