I went in for a routine check up,ended up getting my blood drawn two separate times. The first time they made an error on the blood sample, the second time when they finally called to tell me the results she rushed off the phone and I couldn't get a question had answered. I have been trying to get my immunizations for my college program and this office is giving me the run around. The doctor says I need a form form my school, no one at my school has heard of this form it doesn't help that they are super vague with what it's called and what it does. The doctor doesn't know the name the receptionist doesn't know the name. It's incredibly frustrating. I'm switching to another clinic

I am leaving a one star rating for Dr. Song Park other than that the staff there is horrible. People don’t pay attention to your needs the people that come and take your information are rude. The only reason I was here for so long was for Dr. Park but enough is enough.

They don't pick up their phone to make an appointment. It always says the mailbox is full.

No one ever picks up the phone. Even nearby pharmacies and hospital services don't want to deal with them. The only good reason to stay here is if you see Dr. Song Park!
