I just a great chat conversation with Andrew. I have emerald zoysia and had a few questions regarding maintenance. Andrew answered every one quickly with clarity and followed up with the details I needed. I've had to deal with other customer service groups over the past year (other companies, not Super-Sod) via phone or text chat. The conversation I had with Andrew was top-shelf service. Purchased September 7, 2020. These pictures are worth 1000 words. I called and emailed to let them know 20% of my 2 pallet delivery was brown damaged... no response.
