Decent experience. A bit worried from the paint issues mentioned on other reviews below, but we will see in time. Oscar was hard to reach after we had an issue with warped cabinet doors. Took weeks for a response and coincidentally he called after I gave a bad review. Oscar eventually came to take the door and ended up replacing two. I will say that was nice of them, but I actually have another door which is a bit warped but I will not call them back out. Not as bad as the original issue. Wish there was a quality check before they installed.

For everyone with a positive review on here, tell me what your cabinets look like in 2 years. Oscar and his team did our kitchen in April of 2018. He lacquer painted the cabinets and let me tell you, at first they looked incredible. Fast forward a few months and they started showing signs of wear. I was really hoping this was just “normal wear and tear” but it became evident that something was very wrong with the quality of the paint job. My cabinets now look absolutely terrible. I took a cabinet door to the company Oscar purchased the paint from - Shubert Paint in Tucker GA. They told me they refuse to even work with Oscar anymore because of his lack of professionalism! They also told me that based on the shape of the cabinets, it’s evident that there was NO PRIMER used before applying the lacquer paint. I’ve reached out to Oscar multiple times to try to remedy this situation and he won’t respond to my text messages or emails. Therefore, all I can do is give a fair warning to others not to use this company for your custom cabinets. You will be flushing your money down the drain since they will have to be redone in a year or two.

Oscar always communicated any changes with construction, scheduling, and billing. Oscar built and installed our custom vanity and countertop in record time to keep our project moving along. Overall, The Best Custom Cabinets exceeded our expectations. We will appreciate and enjoy our MBR for decades. I would highly recommend The Best Custom Cabinets.
Do not trust Oscar. Do not get me wrong his cabinets look great and after paying 10K they should look great. But fast forward 6 months paint begins to chip and bubble. Now 2 years later the cabinets look horrible. When I asked Oscar what kind of paint he used so I could touch it up... crickets... He ignored us for months. Finally I asked a contractor friend who use to do business with Oscar to reach out to him and finally Oscar responded to him (I presume because he thought my friend had another job for him). I finally figured out what paint to use to fix the 10,000 mess Oscar has left us with. Oscar and his company are unprofessional, unresponsive and do shawty work. You have been warned.
Thank you Oscar! I love my kitchen island! The workmanship is beautiful. It is everything I asked for and more.
