The staff here was very nice and helpful. I lost my Apple Watch in the ball pit and there was an employee who was so helpful in helping me look for my watch. The kids always enjoy themselves. The only downfall is, I did not see much sanitizing going on.

We had a blast as usual! I would go during the week. The weekends are not ideal due to covid and it being a TON of people. Food was good. Pricey, expect to spend about 150 -200 for a family of 5.

There is way too many people in the park at a time i think they should be doing what department stores like home goods or best buy are doing where they let only a certain amount of people in at a time. For example; 100 people at a time and when some people leave some people come in . I dont know, i do know that having about 300 kids and families without masks all crowded together in a closed area is definitely not a safe idea.

Do not go on the weekend! There are no COVID capacity limits. It was overcrowded. Long lines and ran by teenagers but my kid had fun. Great concept just needs some revamps.

My kids love going to Urban air. The staff is friendly and the attractions are not only for kids. It's a great family activity location.
