My heater quit working Friday night - I sent an e-mail to Wall about 9 p.m. and Karen called me Saturday morning. David was at my house about 10:30. He told me that it has died and t hat I needed a new unit. We also talked about replacing the air conditioning unit because that was also old. Nothing could be done until Tuesday - ordered on Monday. David went back to the office and brought me 2 heaters to use until then. He's been doing my maintenance for year s - he's wonderful! He's very professional, thorough and a delight to have around. Wall is lucky to have him!

Been looking for a reputable HVAC company since the last one I chose did a poor job. My sister referred me to Wall Heating and Air Condition. To be honest, i was expecting them to be just like any other HVAC company. come in, work on it, and leave with little explanation except it's fixed. I WAS COMPLETELY wrong with Wall Heating & Air Condition. They arrived promptly (actually a day early since they had time). Greeted me as if I was a friend they haven't seen in a while and asked questions on what the symptoms were. Once they reviewed my setup, they then explained to me what's wrong and how it could be resolved. They didn't pressure me in anything and gave recommendations on how I would like to proceed. They were extremely informative and was up front honest with everything. I really enjoyed their professionalism. Even after my AC/Heater was fixed, they stated if there was anything they can do, just give them a call. I told them I was interested in replacing both thermostats with modern up to date wifi smart systems. They said anytime and will follow up with me from time to time when I was ready. I thought \ok\ and \sure\ you'll follow up. I was WRONG again. Kim called me and asked if I was still interested. Due to renovation I was on a budget restriction until I was ready. She asked when will be a good time to follow up and I said in two weeks on this day. Sure enough, I would get a call on that day and we chatted. It was delightful to chat on a friendly/family environment and they held true to their words. I'm extremely impressed with them and will continue to be a life long member. They are that impressive!
This company is a gem that I found in a field of coal. They worked with our commercial facility to find the right solution at the most economical price. We had an issue with our AC unit, while it worked fine, it was not enough for our location. After trying a few lower cost options, they gave us a reasonable price on a second unit for our store and it is working like gold. Kim in the office and Mike in the field were awesome to work with. Thank you will definitely use again both commercially and for my residence! Super honest and professional, can't say enough.
