Rented a house a few weeks ago and the AC wasn't working when I got everything turned on, the rental management (max sasseen group.) Sent them out and they have been really good, professional, and they aren't like robots, they will talk to you like you're family, and they actually know what they're doing unlike alot of \handymen\ some realtor companies send out.

Our home warranty company sent ACT Appliances out to diagnose/fix our dishwasher. Dave came out and properly diagnosed and ordered the control board that was broken. He ordered the part a few days ago and just finished installing it. Excellent service and communication. I would recommend. Thank you!
Worst company I have had the horror of dealing with. This is the only Frigidaire service company in the Lawton area. Our dishwasher quit working a couple of weeks after we purchased it and it took this company a month and a half to get it running. They claimed to have fixed the problem three weeks in but switched out the wrong part. We finally have our dishwasher working, but while fixing it the last time the repairman flooded the area around the dishwasher and ruined the wood flooring, causing at least 1,000 worth of damage. The young repairman claimed the amount of water would not have caused that kind of damage and the owner refused to take ownership. This has been a complete nightmare. If you need Frigidaire warranty work done, do yourself a favor and just throw the appliance away, because you will be better of than dealing with this worthless company.
Repairmen are always nice but didn’t fix my washer after 2 times coming out AND a plumber looking at it because he said it was just water pressure issue. My husband finally just fixed it.
Came out for a call from my home warranty to fix my oven. Service request started middle of June. 4 trips to my home and finally fixed after he brought out someone else to fix it. Third trip out he said he needed to bring someone with more experience out, no call or anything for a month. Finally fixed yesterday. Before working on my oven, there was no gap in the front where the top lines up, now there is a gap. Tried to blame it on how it fits into my counter top area and other issues. Funny thing is before he took it apart it had no gap and it was in the same spot. He didn't seem to care, and I really just wanted him out of my home before I went off on him. I hate when male techs act like women are stupid.
