The repair was under the last name of Cox. I broke the rear window out of my 2020 Toyota Tundra (with a bungie cord no less) on a Friday night while traveling across the country and camping nearby in my tiny RV. New to the area I was recommended to Shane Burk Services by the local Toyota service center who could tell I was in dire straits to get the repair done fast as rain was coming and I had nothing to protect the inside of the truck with but a tarp. I went in on Monday morning at 8:00 when they opened. The service and professionalism was outstanding. My back window was ordered immediately, put in the following day and I was off to continue my journey across to a gas-challenged east coast, but that's another story. The Shane Burk group is an excellent choice for any auto glass repair along with many other services. I highly recommend them and their staff.
