Always great customer service, friendly, helpful when you have questions, receive your food in a decent amount of time around 5 to 6 a.m I dont know about later in the day. Also clean bathrooms! very good period.!!!

I'm a fan of Einsteins. The staff are always friendly and the food is always good. My only complaint is the prices seem a bit high at times but I guess you pay for the experience too.
They didn’t toast any of the bagels I asked them too. I asked for cream cheese on the side because they put way too much, put it on both bagels I said not too. The sandwiches came out cold. The pizza bagel was soggy beyond belief. Usually have such great experiences but this time is just unbelievable. I spent over 50 on food for none of it to be up to par with expectations.
I absolutely love these bagels. Their sandwiches are delicious but those everything bagels have me feeling some kind of way. Always very satisfied when I go to this location. They have adorable bagels for dogs which they loved.
