Had purchased a Groupon and was excited to give them a try. Called to set up an appointment and no one ever answered. Was told to leave a message and they would get back with me within a 24 hour period. Left numerous messages over a 2 week period and called often. Very unprofessional, don't waste your money like I did!!!!

SCAM FOR SURE!!! My fiance purchased a 60 min massage for me when I was 4 months pregnant off of Groupon so that I could get a maternity massage done. However with MANY attempts of trying to get a hold of this place via phone, voice mails & email and NO LUCK what so ever on getting anyone to answer, return a phone call or anything else I still haven't gotten my massage... My son is now 4 months old!! I don't plan on getting my massage done.. I live about 40 minutes away and I am not driving to this place of business to schedule a massage and then drive back to get a massage... ESPECIALLY after the reviews I have read.... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!!
I have been in here from the beginning with all the increased staff and times as well and all the new services. I love the therapist each of them have a great personality and are very knowledgeable about their position and techniques. I love the fact that it is very affordable and the inviroment is comfortable, welcoming and laid back but the treatment is worth top dollar, I am very excited about the new location that will be opening Feb 4th. It is going to be terrific.
Unprofessional, unreliable and unqualified. If you want someone to massage you with their feet or cancel on your already re-scheduled appointment 4 times -- go here! They'll schedule and re-schedule your appointment enough times to lose your service but they already have your money from groupon so they don't care! I'll be notifying groupon of this. Pay extra for a clean facility with experienced, reliable professionals to ensure a relaxing massage --they're definitely NOT the people to give it to you.
So I bought a groupon couples massages for my bf and I. It was very hard to get a hold of and set up an appointment. They seemed apologetic when double booking us with other clients blaming a computer gliche' twice. A promise was made to add time to our massages and services. I thought to myself, "wow what great customer service"! Quite the contrary, my bf filled out the sheet showing and explaining there was a huge gash on his leg. His massage therapist did not read the intake sheet, she said that she was sight impaired (she was not, but did need reading glasses). She his the area twice. My massage therapist who was sight impaired, was great, but the rocks were cold! She kept apologizing for the fact that they were cold and said it would be better the next time I came. We went to dinner after the massages and my bf's leg was killing him. He went to the restroom and came back and told me that she broke open his gash that had been butterflied together and it was bleeding. We were pretty upset and discussed what we would do. I finally contacted Donya the owner and sent several emails. When I heard nothing back I contacted Groupon and they were fantastic about responding. Right after, Donya personally called me and was screaming at me, calling me a liar. I contacted Groupon again and reported the whole screaming incidence and again the were fantastic! I just learned that Donya is now STALKING me on here! She has added me to her following circle. Shame on you Donya!
