I called Lazar’s Luggage Thursday morning asking if the carried a specific rollaboard, which the did. Curtis said he’d put it aside for me. When I walked into Lazar’s around noon, I thought I’d walked into a luggage “playground!” There were soooooo many different brands of luggage at varying prices! There were Lots of accessories for travelling. Needless to say, after Curtis showed me several options of rollaboard luggage, I chose one which will likely last me the rest of my career! I was incredibly impressed with Lazar’s selection and their knowledgeable staff! Phenomenal experience! THANK YOU, Curtis!!!!!!

I live in Pasadena but drove over here because they are one of the biggest dealers in LA for Briggs & Riley luggage, which I was thinking about buying. My first impression from the street was that the store was a lot smaller than I expected, but they still managed to pack quite a lot of products into it. The salespeople were very helpful in explaining the different product features, and it's a plus that they are also a designated repair facility for Briggs (and possibly other brands), so I'm confident they'll take care of me if I ever have any issues with the bags I bought. Will definitely go back for future purchases. FYI, though they're right on Ventura Blvd, they do have some parking for the store via an alley directly behind it.
