I bought my first RV here. Everyone here is great. Dennis and Sky, in the parts Dept are awesome! The sales manager was awesome! The service tech Jermery was very knowledgeable. Everything about this buying process was smooth!

Small neighborhood RV Dealer, they were too busy to even look at a blown fuse on our step and had no knowledge on our type of RV and recommended the bigger Lazydays 16 miles away.
Excellent sales, service and new RV purchase experience. Our purchase of an Arctic Fox 27-5L could not have been a better experience. We drove 700 miles from Texas for this RV and the team at Longmont did not disappoint. Sam in sales, Glenn the technician and Ted running the place are all top notch. Sam had everything ready even though we arrived 30 minutes late. Glenn appeased us with all of our questions, concerns and a few corrections during the walk through. When looking for a place to stay and discovering everything near full on a Friday afternoon at 5PM Ted said just stay here in the lot and test everything to make sure you roll with no problems. We discovered a shower leak the next AM and when the crew arrived on Saturday morning they we right to work correct it. We searched all over the Country for this RV model based on price and the Longmont location had the unit for the best price after negotiating with Mark Cohen over the phone and email. We have been RV owners for 36 years and just recently traded in our coach for a new one.Jon was our go to person to do our walk through and he was just amazing. Knowable about all aspects of the coach and made us feel like family. It was reassuring to know that in the future that if we have issues that he will be there and do not hesitate to call if we need to. It was not had to do our exit comment and gave him a ten plus plus plus!
Had a great experience with this RV dealer, Troy Beck the sales guy was very helpful when ever I had a question. He emailed me the camper measurements I needed when I asked... Jesse the finance guy was also great and did a great job working with me. The last guy in the service department Austin was awesome with my final walk through. He was so willing to help me out with tips needed for maintenance of my camper. Really could tell he enjoyed his job . This was the best experience I have ever had at an RV dealership.
The quality of service is excellent second to NONE! We feel very fortunate to have had Patrick as our salesman. We enjoyed his knowledge and patience with us. Excellent selection! Excellent price! Excellent salesman! 5 Stars!
We just are in process of purchasing our new 5th Wheel. Mitchell the finance person was excellent. He returned our calls and gave us good feed back. We felt very comfortable with him. Our salesman Rick needs to work on follow up. The day we left the show room he only contacted us once. He never even called to congratulate us on getting our financing. He is a part time sales and it really shows. Very nice person but doesn't follow through.
Jon and Glenn were amazing, they made our experience so much easier and just a good time overall. They really went the extra mile in customer service. Would definitely come to them with any questions or concerns. 11/10 rating.
