I love the staff here. Friendly welcoming helpful. It makes renting skis enjoyable and NOT a hassle. They are so reasonably priced. I love the selection they have and overall this place is just really enjoyable to go

Great shop! Everybody was super friendly and helpful. The staff was knowledgeable about what we needed which was nice as my fiancé and I are novice skiers. Made renting easy and stress free. Also WAY less chaotic than renting at the mountain. Also they have a great number of products for purchase that range from professional grade to “first time skier” in price. Definitely my first stop next time I return to Elk Mountain.

The staff here is SO nice - really friendly small town people. I would have liked some more assistance helping me and my bf make sure our boots were fitted well, as it was his first time skiing. Conveniently located to Elk Mountain resort, and honestly we didn’t see any other patrons there (we went on a Monday and Wednesday). We will be back!

Went for bindings but they didn't have them in the size I needed, but they were able to repair my binding in a matter of minutes and get me situated to hit the slopes that day.. saved me a lot of time, money, and stress! Super friendly staff. They even allowed my friend to park in their lot overnight because of a snowstorm coming in which he would've struggled to get out of the driveway of the airbnb we were staying at down the road. Hopefully I can come back and give them some business soon!

As Most Consumers Nowadays Do Our Shopping With The Vast Amount Of Info Available To All Of Us, It Was A Pleasure To Experience My Visit To Idlewild Ski Shop!! My First Contact Was Bryan On The Phone, His Quality Of Approach To My Specific Inquiry Prompted Me To Drive There Right Away! Once There, The Complete Staff Were Very Knowledgeable And Courteous And Patient With My Ski Equipment Upgrade Purchase!! Customer Service Is The Key And The Staff At Idlewild Have It Locked!!!!
