DO NOT GO HERE! Due to Tims negligence my transmission went out! He never filled my transmission fluid after he took off, drained and replaced the Transmission cooling line. In his final paperwork in super small print he told me to go see a mechanic to check the fluid, wait isn't he a mechanic? Yeah exactly. My transmission went out the following day, I've never had any problems in my 05 Toyota Tacoma as they are know to be great trucks. All I did was hit a deer, should this have taken 3 months.... no. Not to mention the damage on my truck was 5k he managed to rip off my insurance and said it needed 5k more work on top of what insurance said it would cost. It took 3 months to complete, I never agreed to the work, never received a phone call from them in the three months they had my truck. I had to call the police on him, just to get a phone call back! I repeat DO NOT support this kook, he is a insurance/people scammer. And I wish the worst karma to him, I lost 3k on having to buy a used transmission due to his big mistake.

I've never been inside Tim's when they weren't absolutely overloaded, and acting like it's any ol' other day. Very smiley people walking in and out the majority of the day. I am shocked to come here and find these sorts of reviews. Especially about TIMING. Stop, and consider geography.
First off, I would not recommend this body shop to anyone who would like to have their vehicle back in a timely manner, because it will not happen. Second, not sure if it is everyone in the company with an attitude problem, or just Randy.. Let me elaborate. They've had my vehicle for quite a bit of time now and I work about 40 minutes from Leadville so its a real hassle for me to try and get to and from work everyday, so obviously I am going to be a little flustered about the amount of time it is taking to fix the vehicle. But when I called this morning and tried to keep my cool and explain my dilemma, Randy was not so kind. I asked if he had an idea of when the car would be done and he said not for 3 more days because they were waiting for another part. I explained to him that I had been told the parts were all received to fix the vehicle and they were just looking for something to rent to put a part back in, or something along lose lines, keep in mind I had been told this a week ago. Randy said nobody ever told me that, and personally I don't like to be called a liar by someone I am giving money to for work on my car. But he went back to his paperwork and saw that I was right and they had received parts a week ago like I had been told. Apparently they needed more parts. So was I the one being lied to...? Randy and I went on in conversation and I asked if there was anything that could be done to speed it up or if I could drive it for the time being and bring it back when they have what they need but unfortunately that would not work. So, Randy blows up and is going off about how it will be done Monday and he'll call me when it is done and there's nothing else he can do. Moral of the story? Go to Tim's Custom Auto Body in Leadville if you want to be treated with NO respect whatsoever, and if you don't really care when you get your vehicle back.
The owners are very nice and do good work but they never, ever finish a job on time.
All I wanted was to have one piece replace on my car tim was tyinng to rip off worst experience I ever had in my life do not ever take u car there
