The service/knowledge is five star, but the gentleman helping me was so focused on my lack of mask to the point it was offensive. (I dropped mine on floor while putting on, so eww) I cut visit short and ordered online.
Very nice people, easy to deal with but their products don’t work for me. 17 for a basic package of silverfish bait is way over priced and the main thing is that it does not work. Only one option here, should have more options. Rat poison does not work, I’m feeding the rats underneath the house. I have to replenish the supply daily. I got the one that comes in a bucket, the one they recommended because it was safer, well this doesn’t work either, once again 25 for a worthless product. Maybe the strong one works the one where if a dog or cat eats the rat they will die too. They try to discourage this one. I live 6 blocks from the docks and the city does absolutely nothing to discourage the rat problem. Not happy about wasting my money with this company.
