I had my first consultation this week & without a doubt, it was the most delightful & informative doctor visit I've ever been to. I was literally blown away with Dr. Donna's knowledge & level of service. She immediately gave me a game plan for weight loss, which I'd been struggling unsuccessfully to figure out on my own for years, as well as some literature that will help me choose meals, snacks & portion sizes to help me achieve my goals. There is an app, which helps log food, goals & literature specifically chosen by the doctor, for your personal situation. It is surprisingly easy to follow, while at the same time being very diverse & Dr. Donna has been very interactive. I should have seen a nutritionist years ago. I can not recommend Victor Nutrition more highly.
