This is my warning to all semi drivers delivering here. They did honor appointment time, however... This is not a conventional drop off. Where I thought id be waiting an hour while they take their trees out of my trailer, no no no... They have me follow them around to different sections, where they unload a few, then they have me follow them to another section, where they unload a few more... We've been doing this for 5 hours!!! After driving all night long I need to be resting not being their yard dog, and certainly not for a 5 hour unload!!! Unless you like working for free for a day(or get something in your ratecon) AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They are deceiving. The signs signs wholesale, open to the public on Saturday. They don't tell you that they charge the public retail on Saturdays. Their prices at that point are no better than any other nursery. Worse part of all was, when I spoke to the manager on Friday he mentioned nothing about not giving wholesale pricing to us. We drove all the way there to find out in person. We do not recommend.

Picked some beautiful trees and they were delivered on time on Monday. One of the trees started to turn before I was able to get them planted (Tuesday). Called up Denny and he got me a replacement by 8am today. Great customer service! Plus I understood that it is super hot and that could happen to trees. I am definitely going to make all my purchases here.
Bought over 4k worth of trees and 2 of them I'm having problems with. Went to the place to get info and see about guarantees on them and right away saying \NO!!!\ With out skipping a beat fro. The guy in the cowboy hat. Very disappointed and I would not recommend this place to my customers anymore.
