I work with Ms. Nicole as a contractor. What I admire about her is her tenacious follow through so nothing is left undone for our students. Next, I like how organized she is, so she is always presenting the best of herself in serving her team and her students. Nicole and her network were absolute life savers for me! As a working single mom with two energetic kids (6 and 8), pandemic times were challenging to say the least. I tried to keep up by hiring private tutors, but uncertain times resulted in a lot of turnover and scheduling issues. Whenever I got in a pinch, Nicole was there with more than qualified help...even working with me on weekends when I was facing a workweek full of deadlines and tutoring cancellations. I eventually let go of control (a *big* deal for me), and booked all my needs during virtual learning through her and her network.
