Used Prodigy to install a programmable thermostat I had previously bought, since I did not want to mess with wiring. Jose was extremely friendly and knowledgable. Took care of the install and showed me the features of the thermostat.Overall I was very pleased and will remember Prodigy for future needs
I was having an issue with my outside condenser unit. Jose, with Prodigy Heating & Air came out, the same day as my call, to evaluate the issue. He was on time, professional, and friendly. He took the time explain the inner workings of the HVAC unit to me, as I was not entirely familiar. He diagnosed the problem, informed me of what needed to be replaced, and explained the repair to me. This was a Saturday, and it would be Monday before he would be able to get the part from the warehouse. So, he explained how to use the AUX Heat setting on the thermostat to get through the weekend. It was a quality repair, at a fair price. I appreciate the opportunity to work with Prodigy Heating & Air, and wing able to support a local business. I was not disappointed, will use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC maintenance and repair.
