Summary: nice model homes, very limited community parking, small pool. Excellent sales staff. Details: This is a cute little gated community. They left some of the old growth trees while developing it so that's something you don't see everywhere. The houses are nice, but they're starter homes and the materials seem to match a more budget savvy builder. The sales staff is great and very knowledgeable.

Great location and near Cedar Park and not far away from 2nd Domain area in Leander.

I have waited until I’ve lived here a year to write this. The sales staff is great! Avoid using the builder financing if at all possible. They were overly invasive asking for way more documentation than needed and constantly changing what they were asking for. The warranty has been generally good. However, I have a damaged AC condenser from installation. They inspected it and assured me there would be no problem. Almost immediately after moving in I had it serviced multiple times. Several HVAC techs (including one from the company they use) have said it needs to be replaced since it was damaged on install. They won’t honor the warranty or their word that it would “be fine” and instead have told me I would need to pay to have it replaced myself. Definitely sub-par. I have had another new build before and they were much better with honoring the warranty. So, have everything inspected independently before signing off and don’t take them at their word. Demand everything be perfect even if they say “it’s fine” because their tech may not tell the whole truth to save some money. There is also cracking mortar from some shoddy work and I was told it’s my problem and normal. Overall, we’re happy with the house, just be firm up front with financing and construction or they’ll take advantage of you.
