Great experience. Even dealing with virus. People enjoyed the ole time feel. Food and service was excellent. Folks waiting talked with one another from the porch.

Food was good, wish they would add mac&cheese to the menu since they do not have a children's menu. Both young and old love mac&cheese. With that said, steaks were perfect and the sides they offer were very good. Prices are fair. Bring cash since they do not accept credit cards.

A great place . We drove about 1.5 hours to get here . The restaurant is a old country general store that cooks dinner after 17:00 . The staff was friendly and the the store was neat to shop at . You are seated and eat rite in the the old general store. I have posted some of our food photos from our trip . We had the ribeye steak it was very good. They do sell beer . One tip I received was if you go then go early because it gets packed quick and the wait time starts to grow . Before we left the line was out the door and people parking and walking just to eat here. Yummy food for sure .

Food was five star—really really good. The location is problematic and it was simply cold on the screened in porch. All workable. The place certainly has a charm. But the service is ATROCIOUS, they are obviously very disorganized and they don’t care. I could tell by the faces of others that they shared my disappointment. But know that the place is hugely popular (at least 50 people waiting outside) so they must have better days.
