This place is the absolute hidden gem of KC - I am SO glad we found it!! It is located within the COOLEST dome-shaped building, and inside is a complete explosion of rainbows! From floor to ceiling, down to the amazing retro rainbow space carpet. On a Thursday, for reasons I don't want to go into, I realized I needed to plan my step-daughter a birthday party IMMEDIATELY. I reached out to a few aerial yoga places and, understandably, none could help us throw a party. Sumya however, was able to work with our ridiculous, ever-changing schedule and chaos over the next day - and was able to fit us in for a party THAT Saturday!! We could not believe it, we invited everyone for the party the next day and placed balloon/cake orders. When we arrived, Sumya had the current class shout \happy birthday!!\ as my step-daughter walked in the door. We spent the first hour on the upper floor playing on the hammock silks and eating cake, then went downstairs for a private lesson with the big silks and our amazing instructor Rita. She did an amazing job of making sure the birthday girl felt like the most important person, took tons of pictures throughout the party which she sent me afterwards, and was utterly amazing overall. This was undoubtedly the best birthday party we have ever had and I can't believe we were able to pull it off with such little planning/notice/effort. She is already begging to go back for regular aerial silk classes, and I really want to look into their workout classes there also. SO glad we found this place!!

Helpful and friendly staff, great environment to learn healthy habits, both body and soul. If you are put off by new age concepts and such, this may not be the place for you, but if you are able to get past all that it's more than worth the visit.
