I have rented from Echelon properties for several years now and it has been a positive experience. It is nice renting from a company who truly cares. The staff has always been friendly and respectful. Any rare minor issues I have had have been attended to promptly. I would recommend this company to my friends and family because the entire experience has been great! If you’re looking to rent from a professional company who truly cares, look no further.

I was really disappointed with the extremely rude lady today. She was not professional, I was looking into properties available for rent with cash in hand. I asked to speak to the owner directly as I like to know who I'm dealing with I don't like going through receptionists and everything else because they don't know anything about the property and again they're highly uneducated about the services they provide,they just answer phones and email and place signs.That's why I would like to speak to the owner involved, so that way I can know more about the property and ask more personal direct questions because I am sick and tired of a computer depending on who they decide and who they don't I would like to speak with the private person that actually owns the property and not some rude lady setting in a office. I will be filing a BBB report on this because I find it highly unprofessional that she got so defensive when I asked to speak to the owner and not her. She couldn't provide me a direct answer to my question she said it would be up to the owner I asked to speak to the owner and she told me that she couldn't do that so I'm highly confused.
Very nice people and very professional.
Made an application and paid 70 in fee's. Waited 2 business days after hearing nothing. Called and was told I was denied for my rental history, the issue I have with this is that they had no info on my rental history or why it was an issue. I tried to discuss the problem and was told due to my denied status there was nothing I could do, nor could they give me back the 70 for application fees.
