Terrible bank. Had to use them for a car loan when I lived in Leavenworth. Every time I've called them, there is always a rude lady that answers that sounds inconvenienced every time you talk to her. They are very out dated with how they run everything, and their online banking is terrible. I forgot my account PIN once and had to go in multiple times to get this straightened out. They would not assist me over the phone even though I offered to give them all of my information. Go with Community America, or any other bank outside of LV and you will save yourself time and a huge headache.

This lending institution is a gamble. They not only hit you with fees that you are not aware of. They also will report the wrong information to credit bureaus. So fair they have not been willing to resolve any of these issues, even thou the loan has been paid off in full with no missed or late payments. Good luck with this one

Months ago during the conversion there was ample time to prepare for no funds availability. Today all of the sudden all cards dont work. I was magically supposed to know a card in a plain envelope was sent out, without any email or phone call. This new card process was handled horribly.
