Low quality equipment, great people. If you have an issue with the equipment they expect you to fix it. Pop a trailer tire they charge you for it. My company will be using other rental options instead in the future. Would not recommend to anyone.

Our tree service rented a boom lift for a job. The trailer that it was loaded on was was in poor condition, and with no spare tire on it. On the way to return it, one of the tires blew on the freeway. We were then charged 250.00 for them to come pick it up, and we lost the refund on the day that we didn't end up using it. Extremely bad business in my opinion. We are a small business, and that amount of money does make a difference to us.
Rented a trencher but didn't have all the equipment it is supposed or designed to have to keep dirt out of the hole. Returned the equipment hour and a half later and they said not their problem. Even corporate and the owner Rusty Gerken pretty much told me to pound sand. Don't rent from this place unless you like managers who hide behind corners to talk to you while they screw you out of 160.
I have contacted the Leavenworth location and they are very rude. We asked around and several people have said they have had the same issue. One person said the equipment was damages and they were still charged even though it didn’t work. Another person said that their equipment didn’t run and they wouldn’t refund but gave them a store credit. I think being a woman they thought I was dumb and talked down to me. I don’t recommend using this business.
This place is absolutely awful. Horrible customer service and they will steal your money. Stay away!
