H & R Block has a reputation and they hire and train very qualified individuals. I already have my appointment in place for next year.

The cost is a joke considering there are many others who can do the same for much less. The service was bad once again for the third time in four years so add it up and that means time to move on to Jackson Hewitt he does the exact same thing as you for much less.

The Leavenworth ks office is very helpful. Even when they are super busy they never made me feel like I was being rushed
