Rick is the best landlord I have ever dealt with. He is responsive, maintenance issues are handled the same day they are called in. When you move out, if you follow the instructions he gives you, you will get your entire security deposit back. I had mine, in full,in only two days. If you are in a situation where you have to secure a home to rent without being able to tour it, you can trust Rick. The place I rented from him greatly exceeded my expectations and when I got to town Rick gave me detailed instructions on every aspect of the property, something most landlords don’t do. He is honest and forthright about everything to do with the property, the lease, and the move out procedures.

Were wonderful during the rental process and helping with house problems. Then, when we were no longer tenants, took every nickel possible. Absolute disgrace. Literally complained about issues that were there when we moved in and were told, “no worries. We’re tracking.” If you rent, take move-in pictures of EVERYTHING. Call them and make them take care of insects and other problems. Do NOT trust these people. House was in much better shape than when we got it. Complete blown away at the 180 from these people.
Mr. Rick Hansen has been great to work with. We appreciate his no-nonsense professional approach to selling our home. He took an active role in helping us find a buyer. We have experienced too many agents in the past who will list a house and then sit back and wait for someone to walk in and buy it. With his and Shari’s guidance in preparing our home for sale, the house sold within a couple weeks. This is the second home we sold through Rick and we could not be happier. Rick sets the bar high for professionalism and results that very few other real estate agents can meet or compete with. We seriously doubt that we will have the opportunity to work with such a talented agent as Rick in the future. I would also like to comment on the review by Schooler
Renting from Hansen Properties has been a great experience for my family. They were always so helpful with any issues and concerns we had. When we had any maintenance issues, they were always taken care of very promptly. For us, this was such a great change from the experience we had at our previous location with that property management. If we ever end up back in the Leavenworth area again, we'll be sure to rent from Hansen Properties! Thanks for a great year!
Rudest people ever ! Veteran family but they want to take every penny from everybody including Veterans! Don't ever rent from these people!!! They deserve a 0/10 rating
