Nice folks. Before the Covid, it was pretty fast in and out. Now it takes a bit to get your business done. Not their fault, though.

Paige was super helpful in getting me the best deal on internet and porting my Verizon service over. She saved me 200 a month. I cut the cable cord and went to Roku. They are always helpful!
So about 6 months in and paying all bills on time and no problems I go in like normal to pay my WiFi with cash.. They paid somebody else account with my money and because I didn’t keep the receipt they said it’s my fault and was very rude and no help at all. Fast forward to the end of my promotion I cancel the 8th when I found out they raised my price to 65 a month..i wait a month to renew my promotional plan I call the 8th and they charging me the full 65 and telling me I came in the 23rd.. the customer service is awful and the spectrum in town have been nothing less that scam artist.. Everytime I went in there there multiple people were having the same kind of issues I was. I do not recommend them at all but sadly we don’t have many options.
The gentlemen inside were professional and quick. Currently they are only allowing one customer in at a time. Even with that restriction and with 3 people in line ahead of us, we were on and out on about 20 minutes.
Worst customer service on the planet. Pretty lousy tech support and service.
