Brian was super awesome. However, they charged 100 more for \pet hair.\ It wasn't my car but I think it was bit excessive. And to be transparent it wasn't something I agreed to. The owner is a very good dude, I think, and it could of just been a misunderstanding. However, instead of charging me that much more he could of explained why a couple hairs in the back made that much of a difference.
