Our Boy Scout Council in California ordered 14 cabins ranging from simple one bedroom bunk rooms to a three bedroom house. Construction is never perfect but the professionals at Conestoga Log Cabins always made it right. They either send us the additional materials or provided advice to make it work. The result are stunning and we look forward to having these cabins serve us well for decades to come.

Off to a fantastic start! We just submitted our building package and thus far, Conestoga has been amazing! They have gone above and beyond in helping us get our permitting package submitted before the new round of code changes took effect, and are working hard to help us build this summer despite the challenges the pandemic is throwing at us. Our family found out about Conestoga when we stayed in one of their cabins which is an AirBNB in Leavenworth, WA. We loved it there! That started us thinking about building our own cabin, and literally doing as much of it ourselves as we can. I'll be honest, I gave a very hard look at some of the European systems selling into the US market. The European systems fell flat for us when we realized two very important details. First, they aren't committing to get you through the permitting process. In some areas with more relaxed building codes that may be acceptable risk. However, I would have had to pay professionals to evaluate their systems and the manufacturer may or may not be able/willing to implement the required upgrades. I was looking at putting out thousands of dollars that I might not get back. Conestoga committed to any necessary revisions required by our County to permit. Second, while the foreign window systems are great, they are not certified using US standards. They won't meet any energy code here. Lastly, while they were friendly people, they just were not able to provide the level of customer service Conestoga has. I'm managing the whole process, and this is my first rodeo. Conestoga has been patient with my questions and generous with advice. I really couldn't ask for more. I'll update this review once we have it built!

I attended Conestoga’s annual open house. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The cabin onsite is the Mountain King and it is remarkable. I talked to knowledgeable staff and I was impressed by the inclusiveness of the kit and the ease of construction. Once I found out they are worldwide and in several different countries, I knew I wouldn’t have issues with building.

We cannot say enough about Conestoga Log Cabins, from the technical support staff and sales rep to the clerical team - everyone has been awesome. They were very helpful with all our questions and concerns. I encourage you to visit their operations and see for yourself how they do things. We purchased the Trout Run cabin in June 2017 and along with some helpful friends and family constructed the cabin ourselves. The plans and instructions were easy to follow. The kit came with everything, nuts, bolts, screws, windows, doors, screens, stain, wiring, fixtures, even light bulbs - there were no hidden costs or extras added in. I would recommend Conestoga Log Cabins to anyone interested in a quality product.
