Had jewelry that I inherited and didn't want it,....took it to another shop and was offered 290 for the lot, wasn't even close to market value. Decided to try Ken's and the service was very friendly, and his quote was 561 much above what another shop offered. Very satisfied with Ken's, highly recommend.
