If you are looking for a win-win partnership with a vendor, this is not the company. This spring we will be ending our 25 year relationship with Unifirst, because somewhere along the line they slipped in a 5 year, self-renewing and self-increasing contract. When I brought this to their attention 4 years ago, I expressed the desire to eliminate the contract, but continue the relationship. The declined. So they won the last 4 years, but now we are done. I hope it was worth it. There are plenty of vendors willing to do business on a 30 day out.
