Advance Pump & Filter Co. could not have been easier to work with! We lost water pressure suddenly on a weeknight with no idea what had gone wrong. Our call was quickly returned, and we were scheduled for service first thing in the morning. Jake came out to our house and inspected the well, pump, and entire system. He was prompt, clean, courteous, and got everything back up and running faster than we'd ever expected. We are always so pleased with Advance Pump & Filter. They have been so wonderful to work with through the years on both regular maintenance and emergency service calls!

Our well pump was \short cycling\ (on/off too often). Within 2 hours, Advance's Tech was able to determine that the expansion tank had failed, and replaced it and its associated parts, all in a cramped space. Tank was probably 40 years old; trusting the new one will last as long! Very nice, professional job! Thank you, Advance!
This is a great company. They understand service through and through from the person who answers the phone to the people who service and install the water systems. They have always been on time and if they were running late (rare) would call. Everyone is courteous and polite. Sean has been to our house many times. We feel like he is always practical in his advise. He is never trying to spend our money. If we need a repair he is honest about it. This gives us great confidence in the companies service and integrity. We have shopped around and have found cheaper options, but the people and the service is what has kept us with the company for 14 years.
I called and explained the issues I was having. I was treated with respect by a very patient and knowledgeable person. He explained that an on-site visit was in order and was able to work with me around my schedule. The technician arrived on time, Followed Covid guidelines completely. He was able to diagnose my problem quickly and offered several options with ball park quotes . He was able to fix the problem and had the materials he needed on his truck. The professional manner and obvious well trained expertise impressed me a great deal. As a physician I am held to high standards and do the same to others. This service was exceptional and in the end instructions were given as to monitoring the system and things to look for. I rarely write reviews but felt it was warranted as this place is first rate. Advance Pump and Filter is amazing, we returned from a trip to have no water and therefore no heat. I called them prior to them opening and left a message and they were at the house within an hour of opening with a smile on their faces! So nice to have such great service!!!
