Brought my car in for a noise under the hood, they where very knowledgeable on what needed to be repaired. Turn out to be a water pump. Had it done within one day. Happy with the customer service, and knowing that it was taken care of in a timely fashion.

Let me start by saying this is a company vehicle. If it were my own personal van, I'd be even more disappointed/upset. Anyway, the van had approximately 900 worth of damage to the rear passenger side door. It had scraped a concrete island. I called my company's insurance company and they picked Leehigh due to its proximity to my house. An appointment was set up to drop off the van for repair on a Monday and I was told that it would be '3-4 days' to complete. Having not heard anything at all from them by Friday afternoon (5th day), I decided to call and inquire. The woman at the front desk said she'd have someone call me back and near the end of that day, someone did. They told me they were waiting on a piece of trim and the van would be done Monday and they'd call when I could pick it up. After not hearing from them again, I called late on Monday and again was told someone would call me back. That never happened. On Tuesday, 8 days after I dropped it off for some minor body work, I got a call saying it was ready. I showed up at 2:30PM, was asked to sign a piece of paperwork and handed my keys. Nobody even told me where my van was or, offered to walk around it with me to see if I was satisfied. I eventually found my van in the parking lot and when I saw the work...well, the picture speaks for itself. The fit and finish is horrible at best. I can't believe the shop manager let it out looking like this. Now, since it's a company van I just got in it and drove away. If it was a personal vehicle I would have definitely let somebody know how upset i was. Bottom line is that there was no communication, no apologies for the project taking so long and no pride in workmanship. I will let my company and the insurance company know to not send anyone to them again. Now, this is just the body shop portion of Leehigh. I have no knowledge/comments about the hot rod shop.

Unfortunately this is the second time in 5yrs. that I had an accident requiring body work repair; fortunately my repairs were again done by Leehigh!! My experiences have been terrific, all personnel are extremely professional and take a personal interest in ensuring your satisfaction. Joe was fantastic in working with me and keeping me informed. If you find yourself needing auto repairs I would definitely make my first call to Leehigh Auto. Thanks Leehigh!!
