I took my purse in to get new straps placed. I got it back in about a week the straps that they used we're not very good quality and I wouldn't be surprised if they break again I thought that after paying 50 for two straps that they would be of a heavier quality material and they were not the shop was nice and so was to gather took care of me but the quality of the straps were not what I expected for the price I paid
