Very good customer service, reasonable rates, and new clean storage unit. Upon my initial rental, management was willing to meet me at the office at 10PM so I could sign a new contract and unload my truck into a new unit. Her customer service was AWSOME, which is the reason I went with your location. Thanks again from a new customer.
Negative five stars - Office is judgmental they humiliated me in front of other customers because I was late paying my rent. Carried on in front of other's very snide, rude, and later lied to corporate office to secure an eviction. Then when I came in the office to let her know when i would be gone, she started the whole humiliation, ridiculing, and being manipulative in front of my friends and family as well as customers coming and going. I will never rent from an attic location ever knowing they have people such as these working for them. Bad things happen to good people every day that doesn't make us bad people. Nor is it anyone's place to be judgmental and hateful especially a business.
