So, upon visiting the store recently I got no further than the parking lot. It had been a couple years since I visited the store and purchased a pair of boots for a friend. I was pleased with the quality and selection and decided it was time to return to check out the stock. The reason I got no further than the parking lot on my recent visit was because I was noticing customers going in and out of the store without masks. To the owner / management, you're kidding, right? Do you really NOT care about customers who DO CARE about the health and well being of themselves and others? And how many sales have you lost over this? I can tell you that you've lost my patronage forever. And word of mouth and social can be very damaging. Is it worth it?

Great place to get boots or anything leather really. Friendly, helpful staff too. Tons of boots. Cowboy boots to work boots, they got them. They also carry Thorogood boots, so that's a plus. Definitely recommend stopping in.

I had a great shopping experience searching for my first pair of cowboy boots at Chuck’s! The customer service was excellent. The ladies were very attentive and answered all of my questions. They pointed me in the right direction as soon as I walked in the store. I will definitely be back.
