Great Dealership and Rental Company! I had a great experience purchasing my first ever skid steer. Had a bit of a problem with a piece of equipment I purchased, I let them know what the issues were and they worked with me to correct right away. Things happened, they jumped to correct and make me happy. My company also uses them for rental equipment. The rental manager, Heidi, is awesome! (All the other staff are great too) Their rental machines are also clean and in great working condition. Have had a great experience at Coleman every time I have used them!

Have only been twice and only to get a rim repaired. People are friendly and helpful. The score would be perfect, but their prices aren't cheap. Lol That being said, you get what you pay for and what you pay for here across the board is excellence.

Absolutely terrible. The equipment broke immediately upon starting to use it. Apparently you can only use it for 8 hours or you get charged an overage fee. Worn out equipment. Person at the front desk is sarcastic and rude. Unbelievable. I've never been so disappointed in a company. We rented the same equipment from coleman in smithville and they were AMAZING. Take the extra time and drive to Smithville.
