What a sorry company. It’s very obvious that it’s an employee owned company. No customer service at all. I purchased a 2015, 28’ RV last year. About a month ago we made a trip with it, for the first time and started to have issues with the electrical and a bad water leak. I have been calling for a month now and never can get anyone to answer the phone or return a call. Back home I called a mobile RV repair shop, and found out that they sold me a defective RV. The water leak just about rotted the floor out, this RV was only 4 years old. I would not recommend anyone buying an RV from cruise America, they are a not standing behind their product and will leave you hanging. It’s unfortunately that you can’t leave a negative star rating, I would give them a minus 5 star for sure.

I rented a large RV from this location three years ago. It had 475,000 miles on it, was dented, stained, and utterly worn out. I asked for a different coach, and was shown the only other one in that size. It had similar mileage but was not as dented or as stained. Still, the kitchen faucet was held together with rubber bands, the 12 V outlet did not work (to charge my navigator), and the cab was so loud while driving that conversation was impossible. It was embarrassing driving such a rickety old hunk of junk. We took it, however, and it held together for our trip. Since that time, I have seen a number of Cruise America RVs on the road, and they have been shiny, new, good-looking units despite the gaudy advertising on the side. While at the lot, there was another customer picking up his smaller rental unit. The entire side was bashed in. Not nice rentals here

Did the job. Parking and maneuvering space extremely limited. Staff ranges from friendly to meh. RV \orientation\ was quite limited. Plan to ask lots of questions or do your own YouTube/crowdsourcing research in advance - like details on waste disposal, proper use of an RV toilet, etc. RV was in good condition - no problems there.
