Ordered an item 3 months ago. Received no confirmation of order. I called 3 times for info regarding my order and was met with coolness and annoyance. I understand that the product was in demand and would be delayed,... I understand weather related delivery issues. My complaint is the terrible customer service! The owner \talked over\ me and did not listen. I had to interrupt to be heard. I notice other reviews said similar and the owner's response was typically defensive. What happened to \the customer is always right\ Slogan? Finally got an email last night(first one!) Saying item would be shipped in a couple days. By this time, I decided to order elsewhere. I cannot recommend ordering from this website. Worst experience ever. Simply don't do it.

I ordered 2 knives for a couple friends for Christmas. After My first inquiry went ignored, my second inquiry I was told one of the knives was no longer available (despite being available for purchase on the web store) and the other knives was on back order and would be in at the end of the week. 2 weeks after not hearing anything I a third inquiry... Which went ignored. Finally after a 4th and more forceful email I was informed that they needed my credit card information again. At this point I had no confidence in the store to supply the products so I cancelled the order with some kind advice. Now I need to make sure I wasn't charged by these hacks. After reading other reviews it's clear that they're incapable of operating an online store front and should shut it down. I'm glad I decided too cancel my order, some people have been waiting 2 months. Update: I never called this location, my only communication was through emails. I never could have sworn at a customer service rep simply because I never talked to one. These people are liar's and deserve the terrible reviews they are getting. I received one voice mail from them asking for my credit card information again, however it is conceivable that they called me before and I missed their call and never checked their voice mail. However, knowing full well that they lied about my phone conduct, I'm not going to lose sleep over their alleged voice mails. This also would cast doubt on the other accusations they've made to other reviewers. I wish I could give them no stars because that's what they really deserve.

Can't give them a terrible review since the service was quick in regards to giving me my money back. Ordered something from them online and never received a shipping confirmation for several days. I was a little spooked by the other reviews and didn't want the headache of not getting what I needed. My only two requests are that they A: improve their shipping speed/methods. (I know it's not THAT difficult since my company ships things in a timely fashion and we deal with a very high flow of items...even during the day and age of china flu.) B: For the people answering the phone to at least sound a little less burnt out (Kinda felt like I offending them just by calling). Gearzone tactical, if you're unable to ship items a little faster, it might help you out to be transparent and inform us via the website that things are shipping after at least xxx days and to be \on the ball\ with your inventory on the website.

No stars. I edited this. I had a whole thing typed out. Don't just don't. Go somewhere else drive somewhere else. Pay double somewhere else. Just don't order here or opticsplanet. Both horrible no stars

I ordered an item online that showed it was in stock. After 10 or so days, I never received any shipping info, so I called to check the status. Supposedly two people placed an order for the exact same item at the exact same time, and they gave my item to the other person. They were supposed to double check and make sure there wasn't another one in back, then let me know in a day or so. Two or three days pass with no response, so I call them back. They did not have another after all. No big deal; I will just swap it for another item. I find another item that shows in stock, ask them to simply send that one instead (a cheaper item), but they say they aren't sure if it is in stock, so they would have to look and get back to me. I never heard back (again) so I called them (again) only to be told they don't have that one in stock either. I finally just had them cancel the order. Clearly their website is completely inaccurate, and their customer service is sorely lacking. I do not recommend this website or company.
