We had Harmon flooring install our pre-finished hardwood in 2018. We were very happy with the work. Toward the end of the job the installers were pulled a few times to do work for “Jack’s more important” clients. That was ok. A little off putting but we were pleased with the flooring and the installers were fast and accurate in their work. A few months later we hired Harmon’s to install tile in our bathroom. Here’s where the trouble began. They used floor leveling material but the floor is uneven. They did not use the color of grout we requested or sealer, they used grout that required mixing WITHOUT SEALER!!! IN A BATHROOM. Apparently they mixed the grout with too much water, wiped too much or didn’t let it dry sufficiently between cleaning off as the the grout is no where near the top of the tiles. We have deep groves that hurt your feet and grabs dirt. Mopping this floor is impossible. We did contact Jack about these issues as well as grout was left in the corners and on doorways. I was left with the job of cleaning dried grout off the top of the tiles. He did send the crew back to clean the grout off the walls and put sealer on top the grout (they didn’t seal on that trip either). He said he couldn’t do anything about the uneven floors or the grout being below the height of the tile. He also said it was done correctly after viewing photos I sent.We have been told the only way to fix these issues is to remove the grout and start over. At the same time we had heated floor installed. Overall, 3,500 to 4,000 spent for a completely unacceptable job. I gave them 2 stars because they do a pretty good job on hardwood but DO NOT USE FOR TILE!

We hired them to tile our kitchen floor. The tile in the kitchen is extremely uneven. Around 1/3 of the tile is loose and about 1/3 of the grout has come out. So huge thanks to Jack for the massive rip off. Floor is not even 3 years old and has to be replaced. Don't waste your time or money at this place.

I had my own installer for the basement carpet. The owners were great at leading us to a great product within our budget.

I dont know anything about this company but when you're in a company vehicle and you cut off 6 other cars in line for food, it really makes the company look like trash. Other people have places to be as well, be a respectful human being and just wait in line like everyone else.

Although I haven’t seen any services this company provides, whoever is driving their company vehicle needs driving lessons. Impatient driving and lack of care for others. Makes me wonder how much they care about their company and company name.
