This will definitely be the urgent care my family will go to from now on. Everyone was kind, compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. My wait time was only a few minutes, and the NP who treated me was just fantastic. Instead of just treating my symptoms like the last urgent care I went to, she listened, treated me, sent my tests off to be evaluated further, and gave me next steps if I don’t improve. Their facilities are also very nice, clean; and welcoming. It looks more like an ER than a clinic once you get back to your room (but way cheaper than the ER!).

My first trip here all they really cared about was my drug test. The doctor dug her fingers in my elbow to see if i tore muscles. The nurse asked me which wrap i thought would be better around my arm. Now im hear for a second time for a checkup and im in pain waiting for the doctor to come in. It's been an hour in a half.

The staff at NextCare in Lee's Summit, MO was very friendly. They explained everything thoroughly. The facility was very neat and clean. They used COVID-19 safety precautions such as masking, distancing, providing hand sanitizer, single use pens with a clearly labeled can for used pens, minimal contact. I was thoroughly impressed and highly recommend this facility. Plus, out of all the places I called for a pre-employment physical and TB skin test, they had the cheapest and most direct pricing. AND they actually pleasantly answered the phone when I called! They have great follow up also.

Everyone was so kind here. I’m so grateful for the ladies working tonight. It’s really the small things that make an impact and all I wanted was someone to listen to me because I know something wasn’t right, and they did that and took good care of me. 10/10 would recommend going here. I didn’t have to wait too long either. I wish I had remembered all of their names though cause you ladies were special! Thank you for making my terrible night end on a good note :)
