Party city is a place you can go to and get lost and all of their fun and decorations!!! My wife and I can go here and find anything and everything that we need. the staff is always friendly and helpful if you want to go big and not waste any time stop right down to party city in Lee Summit, you will not be disappointed!

Great fast service loved the ballons
They need more help, with balloons we waited atleast 30 minutes. Had to pay and then wait.. then the kids got into an argument while we was standing there. Poor customer service skills.. the manager seemed like she didn't care.
Ordered costume online Saturday at party city The closest party city is 40 mins away. so was gonna pick it up Monday after work, the people knew the costume was not complete. There was a note on it saying that a piece of the costume was missing. I get there and she says she can give the costume to me for half price? Why I didn't get a call? Have no idea.... but wasted my time and money. This place sucks.
