UPDATE...... Husband dropped car off 7/1 at another service facility to get an inspection so we can renew the license on our 2013 Nissan. The service man came out and told my husband, your car is in great condition but this air filter really need changed. It was black! So dirty!!! Since air filter change my gas mileage has improved..... So again, Maybe Nissan so focus on what needs to be looked at on the car instead of selling me what is not needed. - - - - - 7/19/2019 update I dread oil changes or any repair under new service. Made an 8:30 am appointment two weeks ago. Today 5/18/19 I sit here at 10:45 am and my car was just drove into a bay for service. Why has my car been sitting for 2 hours? I had an appointment? Service says we are busy. I understand but I have an appointment? This location has changed owners, so they are also trying to no longer honor previous owner agreements. “If you don’t buy this cabin filter we won’t pay for your oil change”. Extremely heavy sales pitch on every visit for an oil change. If I serviced everything they pitched me every other month it would be cheaper to buy a new car. (Very serious, Kia Telluride looks attractive and has better warranty) This one guy raises his voice and scolds you if you don’t do more than an oil change. There is one guy here that shows great service. He came over from previous ownership. I bet he don’t last long in this new environment. Unfortunately he has been with another customer the last two times I’ve been here. Well it’s now 11:04 am my car still is not ready as I write this review. Ask yourself is this how you want to spend a Saturday or any day of the week? Money and time is precious.

Everyone was pleasant. My monthly payments were made comfortable for me, so that I can afford them. I love my new Nissan. I feel satisfied.

I had a great car buying experience at this location. The salesman, Devin, was very knowledgeable and sincere in all aspects of this transaction. There was no pressure and he treated me like we had been friends for years. Also, the finance manager was awesome. Amanda took time to explain every question I had and really impressed me with her knowledge of finance. These 2 employees left me with a feeling of satisfaction and I would highly recommend doing business at Prestige Nissan of Lee’s Summit. Seriously.
