Hands down best apartment staff in the city! Knowledgeable, carring, pleasant to talk to. Always on top of all work orders, clean hallways and well kept grounds. Too bad me and my family did not live long there. Enjoyed so much all the amenities and events organized by staff. Thank you for making our transitional life easy.

Easily the best apartments in town, hands down. The staff first off are the most inviting and helpful. The community building and facilities are very wide-encompassing for having friends over at the media lounge to outdoor grilling by the pool. The gym here has more than you would think as well. The apartments themselves are so well thought out and have a great flow and open feeling to them, plus they are so quiet to live in (2 months now). I moved from a house out of state and was surprised by how much I enjoy the space and being in an apartment community again.

I'm writing this review based wholly on the quality of the leasing staff, buildings, common areas and the unit I am moving into. I'm selling my home and need a 6 month solution while I prepare to move out of town. The leasing office ran various rent quotes and found that if I began my lease today, there was quite a break in the market price. Admittedly, I find this market based pricing a bit odd at times, but it is the industry standard, and every community I looked at seems to use it these days. At any rate, the office staff (and I worked with several folks who all knew my situation) ensured everything was taken care of, laid out exactly what they needed from me, as well as what I could expect from them. Let me underscore the detail and quality that these folks hold themselves to: I toured my unit yesterday afternoon - I noticed some divots in the master bedroom carpet... by 5PM today, the carpet had been professionally restored same day and the unit given a complete touch-up cleaning. It looks and feels like I'm the first tenant of this unit. The common building areas are also meticulous. I wish their cleaning person could clean for me! I want Pam and all of her staff to know how much I appreciate how far above and beyond they went. My work schedule is awful, and to accommodate my craziness and getting keys so I can start measuring for furniture planning my move is much appreciated. I think Summit Square might actually help take the sting out of leaving my house! THANK YOU ALL.. Mike
