Pretty sure it is a great ham, but was sad that they did not take the 8 off ( coupon) that I gave the girl today. It was the last day for the coupon. We handed the girl the coupon, but realized when we got home the coupon was not used! So make double sure that they make use of the discount! Pretty expensive!!!

The meats are delicious and easy to serve-just heat and plate. The prices are expensive, so it is not an option unfortunately for everyone.

Went today and the lady (not even the one checking us out) looked over and told me I had to move cause I was too close to the other person. So I moved over. And then minutes later she told my mom she had to move over to the circle sticker that my mom was right next to. And my mom said she was confused cause the lady had called her to where she was originally standing. And the lady, VERY RUDELY, told my mom she had to move to the circle. She never once said please or thank you. She had no manners and made us feel very unwelcome. Also, was not wearing gloves, so she wasnt very concerned about COVID. Haven't tasted the food yet, but the customer service definitely needs some improvement!

Spent 30 minutes in line waiting to get a turkey today, only to get to the front door and see a hand printed note on the front window saying they were out of turkey breasts, very frustrated!!!, that no one came out and told those of us in line there was no turkey, it took a 15 mile trip to another Honey Baked Store that I found out there no turkey breasts at ANY Honey Baked stores in the KC Metro.
