Spent a lovely Thanksgiving Monday afternoon at this beautiful, quiet and peaceful winery with good old friends. The indoor and outdoor seating is very welcoming and the fall flight of wines were perfect to sip and enjoy. The service provided by Eric was exceptional! Thank You!

Great atmosphere! The high ceilings and warm ambiance create a welcoming place to relax and sip wine. The family that runs the winery is kind, friendly, and welcoming. Their service is excellent. The views over the vineyards and surrounding land are beautiful. I highly recommend the reserve tasting!

My wife and I toured the vineyards of Leesburg yesterday as it was her birthday and also harvest season. We both wanted to support Virginia wines. We first visited a most popular and oft recommended vineyard named Stone Tower. The views were magnificent and the grounds were maintained in idyllic storybook condition, we did buy a bottle of there Viognier estate wine, but unfortunately, most of the wines promoted there were produced by California grapes, so that was something of a let down. The next vineyard we visited was named Casanel! Thank GOD we found this gem! Casanel was by far the best decision we made of all! We sampled a flight of their wines that was comprised of a vintage titled; Red spark - an award winning sparkling wine that was simply amazing, followed by a red Carmenere that light, full bodied, and delicious. Next, we sampled sampled their Petit Verdot, followed by Casanel’s delicious port, aptly named “The Full Nelson after the vineyards owner Sergio Nelson! All of these Wines were phenomenal! So much so that we rushed to buy a bottle of each! I highly recommend you try the flight! I’m sure you’ll drive home with several bottles. We walked the grounds and and engaged in light banter with the owner Sergio. This man could not have been more charming and kind! He provided an Incredible customer experience and we were truly grateful. We visited 2 other vineyards yesterday, but our fondest memories will always be Casanel!!!
Good selection of wines, great views. Throughly enjoy our time here. I do recommend this place for a quiet few hours of wine tasting
