On Tuesday March 10, 2020, the delivery driver backed into my gate post, told me he would come back and fix it later in the day, never did, and lied about what happened. The gate post bent back and the metal is cracked at the base so now it wobbles and makes it very difficult to open and close the gate. All I need is a new post, it's a relatively easy fix considering a dump truck backed into it. I called the office yesterday (March 11th) and learned that driver told a different story, that the gate fell apart when he opened it. I was the one who opened the gate. The lady from their office came out to look and took pictures and told me their insurance company would investigate but that could take a long time. I told her I just wanted it fixed. If this gets corrected I will update my review.
