I accidently ended up in a covid testing line to pick up Rx's because there were cars in that line and thought this was just a line for prescriptions. Signs I saw were in poor condition and it was confusing once I realized the error. When I got up to window I was asked if I was there for testing. I said no. Then they could not understand my DOB. They were suppose to have another medication ready with the three I had ordered and they didn't even start to fill it until I arrived. I went there because it was a drive through and I ended up in a high risk situation because of their drive through. I called this morning to complain and the person on the other end of the phone call didn't seem to care. I know we are in a covid 19 world, and I appreciate them doing testing, but for God's sake, do it outside, and tell people to get in another line when THEY realize you are their for prescriptions. I was handed my prescriptions and told to be very careful not to touch the basket. It was obviously a situtation they could have handled differently. CVS for us in VA has been a total nightmare between this situation and the incompetence of Strickland Blvd store in Ashburn. That situation led us to this store and it was surreal. Never again-

CVS is a great addition to the Lansdowne Town Center. The store is clean, well stocked shelves and there are some pretty good deals from time to time. Staff is friendly, I haven't had any issues.
Went for a COVID test. Arrived 5 minutes early; waited another 20 before anyone came to the drive through window. I could hear the person in line behind me calling in to the pharmacy at the 15 minute mark but I don't think they ever picked up. While I waited I saw one person inside fulfilling orders WHILE EATING and not wearing a mask the whole time. There was a second employee also not wearing a mask. The COVID tester did wear a mask but when I had to twirl the swab for 15 seconds the lady couldn't have counted faster. I did leave it in for a little after she got to 15, but it was not egulation.\ Overall, I'm glad that I was only there for a COVID test and not picking up things. I don't think I would ever use this pharmacy otherwise.
One of the worst pharmacy I have been to in a very long time. I have awful experience every time I go there. I will be changing my pharmacy to Harris teeter across the street
COVID test took 11 days to receive results. Plenty of better places to get tested where you can actually receive results within 48-72 hours.
